MF1363-3 COURSE Production control in furniture manufacturing industries

In the field of wood, furniture and cork, it is necessary to know the different fields of organization and management of production in furniture and carpentry industry, within the professional area of carpentry and furniture production. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization of production in the furniture manufacturing industries.

Interpret and select the technical information necessary for the control of production in furniture industries and process the documentation-type required for distribution. Control the exploded, machining, sanding and finishing operations in the furniture manufacturing production process, the handling of the available equipment and the storage of the finished products. Analyze automated manufacturing systems and processes used in wood, furniture and cork industries, relating different phases to materials, machines, facilities and output products. Analyze methods and develop procedures for the control of the means of production in wood, furniture and cork industries, which ensure their tuning. Analyze the properties of tools, equipment and facilities that are required for automated manufacturing in wood and furniture industries, relating their benefits to the field of application. Perform the numerical control program for the manufacture of carpentry and furniture parts, considering the requirements related to the product and the execution process specified in technical information. Analyze, define and perform operations for preparation, execution, control and maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment - Sierras, milling machines, drills and machining centers - characteristic of the wood and furniture industry. Apply maintenance and repair techniques of facilities, machines and ulkillion of furniture production. Analyze and specify the conditions required for the launch of production in wood, furniture and cork industries, and develop procedures to control its progress. Apply yield calculation techniques and improve the productivity of manufacturing processes in the wood, furniture and cork industry. Identify task allocation systems for areas, equipment and people of a production unit.

It exercises its activity in the production area of medium and large companies dedicated to the manufacture of furniture on their own or autonomous.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1363_3 Training Module Production Control in furniture manufacturing industries, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of wood, furniture and cork, specifically in organization and management of production in furniture and carpentry industry, within the professional area of carpentry and furniture production, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the control of production in industries of furniture manufacturing.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
