PATHOLOGIES PATHOLOGY COURSE OF AUQULIC SPECIES: MF0745_3 PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF PATHOLOGIES IN GATTERDEN

In the maritime fishing field, it is necessary to know the different fields of the management of fattening production in aquaculture, within the professional area aquaculture. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for prevention and control of pathologies in fattening of aquaculture species.

- Develop health prevention protocols taking into account the characteristics of the species and culture phase. - Develop a vaccination program based on the culture species and pathologies susceptible to treatment. - Determine prevention treatments other than vaccines, depending on the species and cultivation system. - Analyze the pathologies identification and treatment protocols taking into account the characteristics of the most common pathologies. - Establish a sample collection program for the health control of the crop by applying the pre -established protocols.

It develops its activity on their own both in fishing vessels without tonnage limits and in ships dedicated to maritime transport, as well as to maritime safety and rescue, both in public or private entities. It depends functional and hierarchically on a superior. Its professional activity is subject to regulation by the competent administration.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0745_3 Training Module Preen Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the maritime fisheries world, specifically in the management of fattening production in aquaculture, within the professional area of aquaculture, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to pathologies and treatments in the process of fattening of aquaculture species.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
