UF0520 course in professional relationships

In the field of administration and Gesitón, it is necessary to know the different fields of the auxiliary operations of administrative and general services, within the professional area Information and communication management. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to transmit and receive operational information in routine efforts with external agents of the organization, more specifically, with regard to communication in professional relations.

- Apply effective communication techniques, in situations of professional relationships with internal or external people of the organization, selecting the appropriate action guidelines based on the different elements, barriers, difficulties and alterations. - Apply assertive behavior guidelines in communication processes in work groups, using them based on different professional situations related to administrative support activities. - Apply basic action guidelines for the treatment of conflict situations in professional performance, taking into account different behaviors and their possible consequences.

This professional develops their activity on behalf of others, in any company or entity of the private or public sector, mainly in offices, offices or departments of administration or general services.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0520 training unit in professional relationships, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different communities. Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management, specifically in auxiliary and general service operations, within the professional area of information and communication, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to communication in professional relationships.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
