UF0799 course development of personal and social skills of people with disabilities

Within the world of sociocultural services and the community, it is necessary to know the different fields of the labor insertion of people with disabilities, within the professional area of social care. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the development of personal and social skills of people with disabilities, and to intervene in the personal and socio -labor environment, applying the employment methodology with support to facilitate the access and maintenance of the workplace of people with disabilities, carrying out the training of the socio -labor skills necessary for the insertion, maintaining contacts with the environment and collaborating in the analysis of work, as well as carrying out the management of information on training and socio -labor resources existing in accordance with the established guidelines.

- Determine the basic personal autonomy skills that allow the socio -labor insertion of people with disabilities. - Determine and develop interventions aimed at promoting social skills of users in the socio -labor environment.

He develops his professional activity both on his own and others in the public and private sphere. Likewise, the professional person is trained to clean and prepare private homes.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0799 Development of personal and social skills of people with disabilities, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of sociocultural and community services, specifically in the labor insertion of people with disabilities, within the professional area of social care, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the development of personal and social skills of people with disabilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
