Summary
Within the field of nutritional genomics are disciplines of scientific knowledge such as nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics. The latter seeks to study and understand the effects that nutrients generate on human health through alterations in the genetic structure of individuals.

The nutrigenomics course is aimed at professionals and students in the field of research, nutrition, food industry and other related ones that are interested in expanding or updating their knowledge in this area, as well as all those people who, due to professional or personal issues, want to learn aspects related to nutrigenomics.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
