English course for trade dependent (Official level Common framework A1-A2) + university degree (+8 ECTS credits)

From commercial relations, customer loyalty and quality policies arise. Today it is common to meet in environments where different languages coexist, the key to the provision of a good service within trade lies in customer treatment. It would be impossible to obtain effective results in cases where the person responsible for customer treatment did not understand what it asks for, thus the course pursues that the student acquires a high level of English for trade dependents, in order to effectively develop the strategies and policies of the company.

- Interpret the information of an oral discourse in different situations of relationship with a client - effectively interpret information of written texts and basic commercial documents - communicate in situations of relationship with a client to meet their needs. - Write and complete basic commercial documentation. - Interact fluently and spontaneously with a client.

Trade.

This A2 English course prepares to acquire the necessary knowledge to obtain the official European Council title: A2. With the realization of this English level, elementary level proves the domain of a foreign language equivalent to level A2 of the Common European framework of languages, in accordance with recommendation No. R (98) 6 of the Committee of Ministers of Member States of October 17, 2000.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
