Summary
The current society requires professional training in accordance with the processes of change that is occurring in the social, economic, labor and technological fields. Therefore, it is necessary that the teaching technical personnel acquire a solid training to be able to respond to these new demands, both in the field of curricular contents and in the new didactic forms. Course oriented to the training of teaching staff for the development of different training actions such as official continuous training plans, official non -regulated training or occupational professional training all aimed at forming food manipulators.
