MF1768_-1 Basic communication operations in gambling establishments

At present, it is essential to carry out the operations related to the development of basic communication operations in gambling establishments, applying the regulations in force in the admission of people in this type of establishments, attending to the client according to the protocol established by the company, establishing adequate communication both internally and externally and applying the basic guidelines for the resolution of the conflicts that may appear. This course is intended to provide students with the necessary knowledge to communicate with different usual interlocutors of gambling establishments.

- Assess the general image, behavior and attitudes that the staff of gambling establishments projects in relation to the most common norms of these organizations and the consequences for it that can cause a negative image. - Use basic face-to-face communication techniques with customers, transmitting information according to routine socio-professional uses and customs in gambling establishments. - Apply effective communication techniques, in situations of professional relationships with hierarchical superiors and other members of the establishment of gambling, selecting the appropriate action guidelines based on the different elements, barriers, difficulties and existing alterations. - Apply basic action guidelines before complaints and client claims in gambling establishments, following criteria and procedures established by different organizations.

It develops its professional activity in large and medium -sized companies from the private sector of gambling, carrying out communication in their workplace according to the established guidelines for proper treatment with customers. In application to current regulations referring to the admission of clients in gambling establishments, it can perform their functions within this type of establishments so that it contributes to maintaining the corporate image

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1768_1 basic communication operations in gambling establishments, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those interested in a particular or labor way in the world of gambling, more specifically with communication operations in gambling establishments

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
