Summary
With the objective of offering security and reliability to companies and entities that will incorporate the figure of the Data Protection Delegate (DPD) to their organizations or that need to hire the services of a qualified professional, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD) has chosen to promote a DPD certification scheme. This scheme is a certification system that allows you to certify that the DPDs gather the professional qualification and the knowledge required to exercise the profession. The Preparation Course of the Data Protection Delegate (DPO) certification to overcome the official exam and obtain this certification that serves as a guarantee to prove the qualification and professional capacity as DPO.

The preparation course for the Data Protection Delegate (DPO) certification exam prepares students to overcome the certified data protection delegate. In this course, a series of type questions such as those in the exam with the objective of providing the student with the practice necessary to overcome the official examination are offered to the student. The official exam encompasses a test that consists of 150 multiple response test questions, being necessary for approval to have exceeded 75%. It is required to have correctly answered 50% of the questions raised in each of the domains.

Official character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
