Summary
In a company, the initial knowledge of its operation related to the rights and obligations of both parties is essential for proper functioning. With the course of specialization in labor relations it is intended to provide students with the necessary knowledge from the legal and social point of view linked to labor relations and their impact on the company, operation and productivity, merging the company, worker, with the obligations and rights that derives from the situation. The knowledge of working conditions, salaries and everything related to the employment relationship is important, but as well as the knowledge of the mechanism to follow in assumptions that derives in conflicts, strike, etc., which we will see in the aforementioned course.
