Summary

In the field of agrarian it is necessary to know the different fields of the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles within the professional area of agriculture, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the collection, selection and manipulation of mushrooms and truffles.

Goals

- Describe the different necessary materials in the operations of collection, selection and manipulation of mushrooms and edible truffles, as well as the general rules for their collection and storage. - Explain sampling protocols, transfer and conservation of the collected material (mushrooms and truffles, plant species and substrates). - List the data to be scored with mushrooms and truffles collected (kilograms, qualities, among others). - Cite the current applicable regulations, the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan and the criteria of quality and economic profitability regarding collection, selection and manipulation of edible mushrooms and truffles.

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, depending functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to be in their lower level personal.

To prepare you

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF2414 Training Unit Collection, selection and manipulation of mushrooms and truffles, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
