UF2684 Communication processes with a gender perspective in the intervention environment

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area training and education. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for communication processes with a gender perspective in the intervention environment.

- Identify the type of information that must be transmitted to the competent professional of higher level to develop an analysis of reality by an intervention team, from the gender perspective, determining the process of transfer of the same. - Develop communication supports that respond to a given communicative objective and maintain a non -sexist or discriminatory use of language, indicating how to keep them updated. - Determine communication channels, with a gender perspective, with the recipient population that must be created and maintained in an environment of type intervention. - Apply information and advice procedures on resources that require users type so that their needs are responded. - Identify and collect information and resources from institutions and equality organizations recognizing their areas of action and competences.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the intervention team and from the direct supervision of the competent person of higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring the relevant information in the subject of their specialty, both to the reference population and to higher level professionals, to promote and guide actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, and prevent discrimination of the female population. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2684 Communication processes with a gender perspective in the intervention environment certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of sociocultural services and the community, specifically in promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area training and education, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to communication processes with a gender perspective in the intervention environment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
