The Sommelier is an expert person in the world of wine and is able to recognize the characteristics, defects and virtues of this drink. Restaurants who intend to acquire better prestige and category should choose to have a sommelier among their ranks. This Wine Tasting Monitor course + Sommelier University Course offers specialized training in the field and will train you to be able to exercise as a professional sommelier.
