The management of company personnel influences the structure and functions of the Human Resources Department and the entire operation of the company being vital for the success of the same. This training will provide the student with the necessary competences to be able to carry out the administrative management of the activities related to the administration of human resources and the information derived within the framework of an organization, to agreement, with the objectives set, the established internal standards and the current legislation.
