Summary
Thanks to this course in behavioral dialectic therapy you can relate behavioral dialectical therapy with other models of third generation therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy or mindfulness. When finished, students will have sufficient knowledge about biosocial therapy, the phases, applications, strategies and skills of this model, as well as the disorders in which it can be evaluated and intervened. Students will be able to understand and overcome the main therapeutic and methodological difficulties that may occur when intervening with personality with personality disorders. You will have an expert team that will guide you in your autonomous learning to become an excellent professional.

With this course in behavioral dialectical therapy you will have the possibility of learning about the contributions of third generation therapies and biosocial therapy to DBT, the phases of behavioral dialectical therapy, strategies, applications and life skills necessary according to this approach, in addition to the importance of knowing personality disorders, mindfulness and the basis of the therapeutic process.
