European Master Family Mediation: Master in Family Mediation

In the current situation in which we find ourselves we live couples rupture processes very frequently, among other major changes at the family level. The present Master has as a goal to offer a theoretical and practical approach to the reality of family mediation. The training itinerary provides an approach to the reality of the conflict and to mediation in the family field that enables to intervene as a mediator in different processes linked to the different lines of work: help in the conclusion of a relationship or in divorce processes or changes made in the family before which it is not prepared to act. Through the theoretical contents the key aspects will be deepened. Thus, the student's student can acquire the necessary skills to provide this service qualified.

- Know family mediation. - Train to intervene in family mediation processes. - Offer a general overview of the existing conflict situations in the family, as a context in which mediation processes are developed. - Locate family mediation processes on the horizon of the culture of peace and interculturality as a priority of the current moment. - Present the legislative framework on which family mediation processes are supported. - Describe the reality of the conflict and the factors that generate it in the family. - Offer intervention guidelines to initiate a peaceful resolution of conflicts in the family. - Describe family mediation processes in the stages they include. - Draw the mediator's profile, describing the skills to be cultivated and the techniques you must know. - Know how to prepare family mediation projects and evaluate them.

The Master offers an approach to the practice of family mediation, from the knowledge of conflicts and the mediation process to intervene in different situations (reception, separation, divorce) using the skills and techniques that are required in a mediator or mediator.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
