The Expert in Trade Union Relations and Labor Procedure provides the student with the necessary tools to analyze in depth the conditions included in collective agreements and to intervene effectively in the agreements, to face labor conflicts from a mediation perspective, a potentially effective institution in order to reconcile antagonistic interests, such as those that are presented in the workplace as well as the development of the procedure in the workplace, the forms of challenge same and all issues related to social jurisdiction.

The course is aimed at a wide range of professionals and students from the workplace. In addition, the entire environment of labor relations within the company, responsible for human resources, lawyers, advisors and other agents involved in negotiation and labor management.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
