MF2147-3 Course Land conditioning works, foundation and building structure

In the field of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different fields of the control of the execution of building works, within the professional area of projects and follow -ups. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for land conditioning, foundation and building structure.

-Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of the work of conditioning the land in building -Excavation, filling and improvement of the land on which it is going to be built, including the improvement of its characteristics-, identifying the constructive possibilities of the land -such as support or as a loan -, and differentiating the different procedures developed. -Differentiate the different procedures related to the execution of the building foundations, both the direct -shoes, slabs and foundation wells-, such as the deep -Pilota and Eased- and the elements of containment of land in building -more and screens-. - Apply organization and supervision techniques of foundation work. - Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of the work of execution of land containment elements. -Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of the works of the complementary elements of the foundation foundation -Slopes, waterproofing and basement of basements, as well as buried service networks -, differentiating the different procedures related to its execution. - Distinguish the different design possibilities of the structures that support the buildings, recognizing their elements and type configurations, and identifying the loads they support and the different materials with which they are built. - Differentiate the different procedures related to the execution of reinforced concrete structural elements. - Differentiate the different procedures related to the assembly of structures of prefabricated -metallic elements, reinforced concrete and wood- in simple or mixed reinforced concrete structures - Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of the structures of structures in building structures

He develops his activity in the execution area, as a salaried worker in small, medium and large private companies, under the direction and supervision of a production manager and/or a construction manager, or an manager -when he integrated into the organization chart as a foreman. Organize and supervise their own workers and the different subcontracts. Collaborates in risk prevention within its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2147_3 Training works of the land, foundation and building structure, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of energy and water, more specifically those linked to the management of efficient water use, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge for land conditioning works, foundation and building structure.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
