In schools, the work of the physical education teacher is of the utmost importance, since it helps students insert healthy habits that will be useful throughout their lives thanks to exercise and sports activities. Special attention should be paid to the characteristics that children have in these stages, since they consider themselves the most important and determinants of their life, so the training is crucial for their development. However, the area of physical education integrates psychic, physical and social work, so the objective of the monitor will be aimed at helping young people to be carried out, while doing so in a playful and fun way through the game. The present Master in Physical Education for teachers will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to develop the functions of a physical education teacher in the development of a class or session with children or young people. Within the field of education, general didactics is of vital importance in order to carry out a good teaching practice, in this way, it is necessary that teachers dedicated to physical education are directly related to the didactics of physical education, as well as, of the modifications that can be developed throughout the implementation of new regulations. Social and educational institutions should not forget their socializing function and their goal of achieving the integral development of the person. That is why sociocultural animation is emerging as a methodology to favor personal motivation and enrichment. This course offers the student training in the management of programs of cultural, leisure and free time activities and in the revitalization of groups and conflict resolution. Extracurricular activities are those that are carried out regularly for a period of time, outside the class period and whose purpose is to enhance the physical, intellectual and social development of children and young people, these activities are carried out in collaboration with institutions of the center, or their surroundings. In this course of design and management of extracurricular activities we will know all the knowledge related to the design and management of these activities. In the field of sport, it is necessary to have basic knowledge about the benefits and the care that we must have when performing sports practices, whether competition or simply recreational. That is why, this stable course an approach to the indispensable contents on sports health.

Objetivos

- Know the basic physical abilities for training according to the ages and characteristics of the students. - Understand the motor learning process of the children to apply the sports corresponding to each stage. - Differentiate the concepts of skill, skill and motor tasks. - Execute activities to develop healthy habits and lifestyles in relation to physical activity. - Perform the physical education session planning to organize students and assign the tasks to be executed. - Know the possible injuries and risks that students may suffer during a physical education session. - Know the minimum contents that are within the Physical Education area. - Relate the basic competences with the contents and practices that are carried out from physical education. - Recognize transversality that possesses the contents of physical education in relation to other subjects. - Determine the key points for the elaboration of a classroom programming. - Know concepts of great relevance as intercultural and// multicultural. - Participate in the design of socio-cultural activities, the campaigns to promote activities, the coordination of work and supervision of the activities carried out. - Acquire all knowledge, procedures and attitudes to work as a sociocultural monitor-aimer. - Know the importance of extracurricular activities in the child. - Know the different extracurricular activities carried out in an educational center. - Prepare a design of a sociocultural animation project in the field of extracurricular activities. - Know the characteristics presented by students with special educational needs, as well as their intervention for the realization of extracurricular activities. - Establish an approach to minimum sports health. - Know and recognize the importance of mass health massage. - Verify and classify the different types of bandage depending on their characteristics. - Recognize the importance of good food in sports. - Know the most frequent lesions and their treatments.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
