At present, in the world of administration and management and within the professional area of information and communication management, more specifically in the auxiliary operations of administrative and general services, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the reproduction and file.

- Keep in optimal operating conditions the equipment and resources for reproduction and file, detecting and remeding the incidents, or managing their repair, in accordance with the indications of the manuals and instructions received, in order to favor the normal functioning of the office. - File and access the documentation, in conventional or digital support, introducing the precise codes and respecting the procedures of the organization and the instructions received, so that a quick search is allowed. - Transfer and expose the archived documents conventional or electronically in accordance with the rules and deadlines and instructions received, to keep the file system updated and operational. - Update and extract different types of information, using computer applications of databases or others, in accordance with the established standards and the instructions received, to show and consult the stored information, and facilitate it to those who request it. - Perform basic functional binding tasks - Graped, enclosed, others, ensuring the correct disposition and management of the document, using the most appropriate formats and in accordance with the instructions received.

This professional develops their activity on behalf of others, in any company or entity of the private or public sector, mainly in offices, offices or departments of administration or general services.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0971_1_1 Reproduction and Archive Module certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of administration and management, more specifically in the auxiliary operations of administrative and general services, within the professional area of information and communication management that intend to obtain knowledge related to reproduction and archive.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
