MF1281-3 Course Mounting Networks and Fluid Distribution Systems

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of networks of networks and fluid distribution systems, within the professional area of assembly and maintenance of facilities. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the planning of the assembly of networks and fluid distribution systems.

- Analyze the technical documentation of networks and fluid distribution systems determining the activities and resources that serve as a basis to plan the assembly process. - Prepare the written procedures for assembling networks and fluid distribution systems, determining operations, materials, means and control of execution in safety conditions. - Apply programming techniques that optimize resources and production loads in order to prepare the execution and monitoring programs of the assembly of networks and fluid distribution systems. - Prepare the work units and determine the total and partial amounts and costs of each of them, choosing the most appropriate measurement procedure for each type of unit, based on the installation project and technical documentation. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards of application in the assembly processes of fluid installations, which allow to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed to carry out assembly operations with personal security and respect for the environment.

It develops its professional activity in the engineering or technical office departments that serve the projects of projects or production, related to the assembly and maintenance of networks and system distribution systems and industrial fluid systems (except for electric and fluidified electrical and solids) that using air, water, steam and other fluids, cover the collection, storage, pumping, distribution and control. The performance of some activities collected in qualification may require a professional card issued by the competent administration.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1281_3 training module. Network assembly planning and fluid distribution systems, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in them, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in the development of Network and Fluid Distribution Projects, within the Professional Assembly and Maintenance Area of Facilities, and to all those interested in the planning of the assembly of networks and fluid distribution systems.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
