MF1971-3 Course and internal environmental management regulations and policy

The number of companies that have established an environmental policy according to the requirements of their activity and the expectations of society is increasing. To ensure compliance and achieve the environmental objectives and goals derived from it, the implementation of Environmental Management Systems (SGA) is required. Through this training module you will learn the keys to document the different types of norms that make up the legal and voluntary system, in the field of environmental management, to ensure that the activity of the organization is in accordance with the regulations and the policy of the same.

- Apply legislative documentation techniques that make up the environmental legal system. - Apply standards documentation techniques, in the field of environmental management. - Apply file management techniques relating them to the legislation and environmental management standards - Prepare reports related to the management of the environmental system of organizations. - Apply techniques for the elaboration and collection of documents of the Environmental Management System (SGA) depending on the typology of organization.

It develops its professional activity in companies or entities of a public or private nature of any size in the environment area or any other whose objective is to implement an environmental management system.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1971_3 Training Module and internal environmental management of the organization, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

All persons who develop their work within the scope of security and the environment and to anyone who is interested in knowing how the management of the normative documentation related to the environmental management system (SGA) is carried out.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
