You can meet the legal requirements established in the 4/2017 Technical Guide issued by the National Securities Market Commission regarding continuous training for certified persons in information that must be, at least, of annual 8 teaching hours, professionally performing your occupation within the financial sector.

Applicable regulations will be prepared to continue informing about investment products and services within the financial market, following adequate regulatory compliance in a professional manner, knowing in depth the Spanish tax framework, the taxation of the indexed funds and the ITF and the fundamental aspects of the main taxes.
Who is it addressed to?
This course in MiFID Recertification. Applicable regulations is aimed at those financial professionals who have obtained certification in Mifid II in terms of financial information, who need to remain updated and comply with the minimum required of 20 annual teaching hours.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
