Summary

The existing competitiveness factors today, are determined by a changing socioeconomic state that is in turn defined by internationalized and interdependent markets, product of greater connectivity that derives from the use of new technologies. Given this environment, companies must react and attend to the new competitive criteria: reaction capacity for changes, efficiency, differentiation and innovative capacity. With all this, companies implant new organizational models based on their human capital, thus establishing their competitive difference. With this course in Labor Management: Social Security, Labor contracts and payroll calculation, the student is intended to acquire the necessary knowledge: Social Security, Labor Contracts and payroll calculation.

Goals

- Know the regulations governing labor relations, and handle it for consultation in contract management activities, payroll calculation and social security management. - Locate and access information about the agreement applicable to your company to be able to apply it in the company's labor management. - Learn what are the different elements of a employment contract, and the peculiarities of each of them to meet the requirements established in them. - Know the steps to follow for the communication of labor contracts through the application prepared for the purpose called Contral@. - Perform the appropriate modifications of the employment contract as required by the company's circumstances by applying labor regulations. - Know the salary structure and its different components for the calculation of payroll, deductions and withholdings for the Income Tax of natural persons. Practice the calculation of different payrolls. Learn what are the aspects related to the payment of salaries that have to be fulfilled in routine labor management. - Learn the requirements to be met when registering the company in Social Security, the affiliation, high and casualties of the employees.
