In the field of the world of administration and management it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial and technical management of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management and coordination of insurance distribution channels and insurance actions.

Objetivos

- Analyze the structure and characteristics of the sector and the insurance and reinsurance environment, as well as their evolution, distinguishing their particularities and their relationships. - Apply the techniques of marketing and research of basic markets, in commercial actions of the sector, relating the different segments, and the different types of insurance and reinsurance. - Analyze the organization of more common commercial actions in the insurance sector, applying techniques for allocating resources and times. - Apply the techniques of prospecting and management of the client portfolio in accordance with the different types of regular commercial strategies and actions in the insurance and reinsurance sector using specific management applications. - Apply the techniques of loyalty and monitoring of the insurance clients portfolio for maintenance and the achievement of cross -selling, complementary and substitute, using computer supports. - Apply the monitoring and control methods of the different types of commercial and/or reinsurance commercial actions. - Analyze the functions and organizational structure of the commercial area and the different distribution channels of an organization of the insurance and/or reinsurance sector. - Analyze the organization of insurance and/or reinsurance sales equipment in the different types of distribution channels. - Apply the techniques of determination and selection of insurance and/or reinsurance sales equipment for different distribution channels, in an organizational structure, commercial objectives and areas of action defined. - Apply communication techniques in information processes/training equipment for different distribution channels, insurance entities and determined reinsurance. - Analyze leadership styles, and the motivation techniques of regular commercial equipment in coordination and communication with private insurance sales equipment, in different distribution channels. - Analyze commercial action plans, prospecting and sales equipment activities of different insurance and reinsurance distribution channels, according to defined objectives and budgets, and determining the degree of existing coordination. - Apply control and evaluation procedures for the development of commercial shares, and achievement of objectives of the sales equipment in the different insurance and reinsurance distribution channels.
