Summary
The main objective of this course is to train the student for the exercise of the following functions: Knowledge of child and youth development, design, execution and evaluation of educational activities, acquisition and application of technical resources, teamwork, and in general, everything necessary to carry out the educational intervention of the school dining monitor. It also offers practical training aimed at people who wish to obtain the high -risk food handling card.
