Superior Course in computerized labor management: Red System, Silt@ and Nominaplus

Taking into account the ESS/214/2018 order, of March 1 that modifies the Ess/484/2013, of March 26, which regulates the Electronic Data System in the field of Social Security, it is essential Nominaplus, or also being able to opt for the direct network settlement system. The Superior Course of computerized labor management will contribute the theoretical-practical knowledge necessary for the labor management of a company or autonomous.

- Indicate the procedures for incorporation into the network system and obtain authorization required by TGSS for file and procedure exchange. - Inform the utility and requirements of the Siltra application facilitated by TGSS for file exchange and contribution. - Know the quotation remittances, shipping and reception communication, printing of RNT, RLC documents, as well as the output and entry of files into the mailbox. - Understand the procedure to register a company in the program and the respective workers based on their collective agreement. - Perform workers' payroll including new salary concepts and I.T. with the consequent RNT and RLC models. - IRPF calculations of the workers together with the 111, 190 models and certificates of retentions related to company and worker.

This course will prepare the student to know and manage the Nominaplus program for the labor management of a company, together with the different applications that put in contact the users of companies or subjects responsible for compliance with the obligation to quote with the TGSS for sending and receiving data. The course also prepares you, to know the different forms of processing through Siltra or direct network for the exchange of information and documents with the Social Security Administration.
