Thanks to the Course of Combat Techniques: Taiji, Xingyi and Bagua + Sports Coach (double degree with 5 ECTS credits) you will achieve the necessary knowledge about internal martial arts, as well as the knowledge of the development of Chinese martial arts. Once the course is studied, you will see the differences between Waijia and Neijia, in addition to their history and lineage. Within the combat techniques, the foundations of the basic movements will be seen both in hands technique (fist or stick, palm, elbow, shoulder) and in foot techniques and the basic head and body position. Similarly, an approach to the Kungfu and its different positions will be made. Finally, the movements and applications of the sixteen positions will be analyzed.
