UF1936 Online Course: Training actions to vulnerable groups in consumption

Within the world of trade and marketing, it is necessary to know the different fields of control and consumption training, within the professional area of sale. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for consumption advice and training, more specifically for training actions to vulnerable collective consumption.

- Determine the training and education needs of vulnerable consumers in generalized goods and services. - Define precise training and education actions to respond to needs detected in vulnerable groups, according to established specifications, contemplating available aid and subsidies. - Perform training and education actions to vulnerable consumer groups applying effective dynamization and persuasion techniques adapted to the characteristics of the group. - Assess the importance of evaluating the quality and effectiveness of a training and education action in consumption to vulnerable groups applying methods and techniques for verification and evaluation according to established specifications.

It develops its professional activity, on behalf of others and own, in the area of market surveillance, control and inspection to generalized consumer goods and services, performing internal or external control functions that guarantee compliance with consumer rights or carrying out information and/or training actions, in terms of consumption, to collective consumers, companies and organizations.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1936 training unit to vulnerable consumption groups, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of trade and marketing, more specifically those linked to control and training in consumption, within the professional area of sale, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to training actions to vulnerable groups in consumption.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
