Summary
This course in CDI and IRNR is designed to acquire all the necessary knowledge for the interpretation and application of the elements and norms that make up the double international imposition, as well as all its particularities and limitations. In addition, the formation includes the fundamentals for elimination, the methods of imputation and exemption, the different models and other aspects derived from the regulation of the double imposition agreements, which differentiate the projection of a national auditor of another international. Our course offers adjusted training for all those interested and professionals who want to deepen the current law regarding the tax on the income of non -residents, and intend to be part of the international fiscal audit, applying the regulations provided to global transactions.
