Summary
The context in which companies move is undergoing impressive changes thanks to Internet access and new information and communication technologies. Therefore, the modernization of the Human Resources Department of SMEs and large companies to incorporate these applications and programs in their daily tasks is necessary. This is why this training oriented to the implementation of new information and communication technologies that are required in a personnel or human resources department to improve management and achieve effectiveness in all its tasks is imparted.
