Delegated course in occupational risk prevention

Training in occupational risk prevention according to current legislation in the company, exposing working conditions, health conditions, professional accidents, accident research ... including the Occupational Risk Prevention Law.

Develop in the students those necessary competences to exercise the functions of technician in prevention of basic occupational risk. Acquire knowledge that allows students to identify, avoid, correct and prevent specific problems that can jeopardize the health and integrity of workers. Know the laws and norms in terms of occupational risk prevention based on the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. Analyze the different action plans, prevention and first aid techniques that favor or help overcome different risk situations. Publicize the basic concepts and minimum demands of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. Identify and analyze the different risks that can occur in each of the phases and activities developed within a given sector. Know the main rights and obligations that workers must assume in relation to risk prevention. Analyze, evaluate and study the different preventive measures, both at the individual and collective level, which must be used in risk prevention in the tasks and processes of the health sector knowing the different actions to be carried out by the prevention delegate.

Delegate for Occupational Risk Prevention in companies with more than six workers

Understand the basic prevention concepts and different working conditions, as well as to exercise as a delegate in prevention of occupational hazards in any national company according to current legislation (all companies, agencies and institutions with more than 50 workers are obliged to have a delegate in prevention of occupational hazards for every 50 workers.

PRL technicians, professionals in the field of human resources, entrepreneurs, union leaders, and in general all those professionals who wish to carry out the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan of a company, as well as undertake the official functions of the delegate in prevention of occupational hazards established by the Ministry of Industry (minimum 1 delegate in companies of less than 50 workers, 2 from 50 to 100, etc.).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
