Food Security Course in Penitentiary Centers (double degree with 8 ECTS credits)

All establishments in which food is manipulated for the elaboration of dishes and menus that are served directly to consumers, must be aware of the responsibility of offering quality products, fulfilling criteria of safety and health health, avoiding any food risk that involves a danger to consumer health. This course in food security in prisons, has the purpose of bringing all the knowledge and requirements necessary to maintain food safety conditions, which allow to achieve the maximum quality and safety values.

This food security course in prisons is aimed at all those professionals who work in the prison, as well as any person interested in knowing the conditions in terms of security in this type of institutions.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
