Master Energy Efficiency Building: Master in Energy Efficiency in Building

This program provides students with the necessary skills to exercise as an energy auditor in building, companies and industries since according to RD 56/2016 large companies have to carry out an audit every four years. In addition, according to RD 235/2013, all new or existing buildings that are sold or rented must have an energy efficiency certificate which is done through programs: Unified tool Leader Calener (Hulc), as well as the simplified tools CE3 and CE3X. This whole process closes with the design of photovoltaic and thermal facilities for ACS since they are the most technically viable for building in building.

- Learn to perform energy audits according to Royal Decree 56/2016 and viability studies of energy savings measures. - Learn to take the data to enter them correctly into the unified tool Leider Calener. - Inspect real estate to enter the appropriate data in the tools CE3 and CE3X. - Study the different components that form the photovoltaic and thermal solar facilities from a dimensional and installation point of view. - Deepen the techniques, operation and use of renewable energies. - Know aspects related to the sector, its legislation, applications, occupational hazards and environmental impact. - Study the different normative and technical aspects of energy self -consumption.

Once the Master is over, the student can work in the process of design, execution, installation, maintenance and exploitation of solar energy infrastructure, in addition to carrying out the realization of energy efficiency audits and energy certifications in buildings.

After finishing this master's degree, the calculation of energy facilities (solar thermal, photovoltaic solar) can be carried out and deepen its installation and maintenance phases. You will know how to perform energy audits according to the RD 56/2016 and ISO 50001 and energy certifications through the unified tool leader calener for new construction and CE3 CE3X for real estate that is sold or rent.

Aimed at consultants, engineering and architectural studies, promoters, energy service companies that ECO, as well as those technicians (engineers and architects) who want to perform energy certificates in buildings of both new plant and existing buildings that are sold or rented, as well as perform energy audits according to RD 56/2016 and ISO 50001.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
