The last reform of Organic Law 10/1995, of November 23, of the Criminal Code requires all companies to design and implement corporate programs for the prevention of criminal behaviors in the company. For this reason, organizations demand the figure of the Office Compliance, since it allows them to lay the foundations for a corporate prevention policy, limiting their legal responsibility. The Master in Corporate Complence prepares you and form to perform the tasks of Complence Offer (Compliance Officer).
