The infrastructure sector is the one that most contributes to the world's GDP according to McKinsey study of 2020, the needs of new infrastructure, adaptation of existing infrastructure to the new technologies and needs of the population, and rehabilitation and maintenance of the existing stock is enormous and increasing. Additionally, social expenses needs are increasing and absorb much of the public sector budget every year, which together with citizen resistance to higher taxes, presses the amount available in order to undertake the necessary investments in the field of infrastructure. Given this situation, private public collaboration becomes fundamental as a possible element for the provision of infrastructure, both in developing countries, and in developed countries. In this context, the demand for professionals with a whole vision for the management of concession or private public collaboration, knowledge and knowledge management capabilities and knowledge of the infrastructure sector is enormous and will be increasing in the future.

The fundamental objective of this training program, with a high dose of practical experience, is that students acquire the necessary skills to develop professionally properly in the different phases of a PPP project, both before the signing of the contract and once awarded it, paying special attention to financing. 2. In the same way, as a fundamental part of learning, the student will know the latest Best Practices on the market in the PPP environment by the hand of the professors formed by professional experts of the maximum reference at national and international level, who have led, and lead, the most important projects in this area worldwide.

Management and Management Areas in companies in the engineering and construction sector (from concessionary companies, construction companies, consultants, engineering, infrastructure maintenance companies, public companies present in the infrastructure sector) that are involved in the development of concession and/or public-private collaboration contracts, whether as contractors of the same, or as part of the value chain in any of its links.

APP’s are the main instrument of governments to grow the economic and social development of their countries or territories. However, the complexity of this type of contracts requires highly trained professionals to be able to direct them, who must gather a series of knowledge and capacities in different and specific disciplines of this new environment, in broad development globally

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
