Master Socio -educational intervention: European Master in Socio -educational Intervention with Disabilities with 20 ECTS Credits

This European master in socio -educational intervention with people with disabilities offers specialized training in the field. Within the world of sociocultural services and the community, it is necessary to know the different fields of socio -educational promotion and intervention with people with disabilities, within the professional area training and education. Thus, with this Master it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to organize, develop and evaluate interventions for socio -educational intervention aimed at people with disabilities, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

- Detect, generate and use social and community resources for the realization of socio -educational interventions with people with disabilities. - Organize and accompany people with disabilities in carrying out scheduled activities. - Organize, develop and evaluate processes of inclusion of people with disabilities in leisure and free time spaces. - Organize and develop training in basic cognitive strategies and technological literacy for people with disabilities, in collaboration with higher level professionals. - Act, guide and support families of people with disabilities, in collaboration with higher level professionals. - Identify the individual capacities of children, referring to the stages of development. - Identify and sequencing that learning favoring cognitive, sensory and motor development. - Plan the temporary organization of the institution verifying its adaptation to the characteristics and moments of the recipients. - Enrich and update the neuroscience methodologies applied in the classroom to optimize school performance

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team where it is inserted, in the areas of design, execution and evaluation of socio -educational intervention projects, development of accompaniment, leisure and free time actions, and in collaboration with higher level professionals, in training basic cognitive strategies, technological literacy, and intervention actions with families, which have as its purpose the promotion of personal autonomy and the social inclusion of people with disabilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
