MF0363_2 Course

Throughout history, both the concept of disease and the treatments used have evolved from an etiology and therapy based on magic, spells and the intervention of the gods, to an etiology and rational therapy such as the one today. Pharmaceutical staff must be aware of all the news that arise in this field to be able to provide their patients/users with the most professional possible care. This course will provide the student with the necessary knowledge to control products and materials, billing and documentation in pharmacy establishments and services.

- Analyze the organizational and legislative structure of the health sector as well as the functions of its specific work scope. - Operate administrative processes for stock management and stock control of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products. - Analyze the issuance and reception systems of orders, for the acquisition of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products - Explain the conditions of storage, conservation and control of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products. - Apply the administrative process of deferred collection management or billing of recipes - Operate administrative management and drug distribution, in the Hospital Pharmacy Service. - Describe the documentation used in pharmacy establishments and services.

It develops its activity in the public and private sphere of the health sector, at all levels of the national and regional health system in pharmaceutical establishments and services, both in the public and private sector. This professional acts mainly in pharmacy offices, hospital pharmacy services and parapharmacy establishments, and in drug distribution and pharmaceutical industry stores. Its professional activity is subject to regulation by the state health administration.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0363_2 Pharmacy Office, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed for all those students who want to guide their future work in the characteristic activities of the office in pharmacy establishments and services, or those who want to update their professional knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
