MF0897_2 COURSE OF POINT FABRIC: Online course Preparation of Hilatures and Urdos for Point Tissue Machines

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of knitted weavers per warp, within the professional area production of threads and tissues. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for preparation of yarn and warp for knitting tissue machines.

- Identify the most appropriate threads according to the raw materials of application tissues per warp and the machines in which they can be used. - Analyze the conditions of conservation and storage of the threads, as well as their conditioning for point tissues by urdimbre appropriately. - Mount the fillet in order to prepare the warp. - Program the urdidor in order to obtain folders. - Urdir the folders in order to obtain the loads of the machines. - Write down and record the technical information generated in the folding warp process. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the safety plan in the spinning processes, analyzing the measures of prevention, safety and environmental protection of the company - Analyze the preventive measures that must be adopted for the prevention of the risks and application of environmental standards in the different processes of textile production.

In general, this technician develops his activity, especially as a salaried, in large, medium and small businesses, dedicated to the production of knitted fabrics per warp.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0897_2 preparation of homes and warpings for knitting machines, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the corresponding Certificate of Professional. respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, clothing and skin, specifically in knitted weaves per warp, within the professional area production of threads and tissues, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the preparation of homiles and warp for knitted fabric machines, as well as other interested parties to devote themselves in the sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
