TECHNICAL COURSE OF HILATURA AND WEAKNESS: MF0433_1 BASIC PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES IN HILATURA, WEAKENDS AND NON -WILLING FABRICS

In the field of textile, clothing and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of auxiliary textile process operations, within the professional area production of threads and tissues. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for basic production techniques, weave and non -woven fabrics.

- Perform basic operations in processes prior to spinning, identifying the machinery. - Perform basic operations in spinning processes, identifying the machinery. - Perform basic operations in non -woven fabrics processes, identifying the machinery. - Perform the first level maintenance of the machines involved in the spinning process and non -woven fabrics. - Perform basic operations in draft weaving processes, identifying the machinery. - Describe the Tejeduría Machinery. - Describe the procedures for supplying materials and auxiliary products in phases of draft weaving processes. - Perform first level maintenance of the machines involved in the draft weaving process. - Perform basic operations in knitting processes per collection (plot), identifying the machinery. - Perform basic operations in tissue processes per warp, identifying the machinery. - Perform the first level maintenance of the machines involved in the knitting process, both by collection and by warp.

It performs its work activity in large, medium and small businesses dedicated to the processes of spinning, weaving and non -woven fabrics, in the area of production and logistics, operates according to established procedures, following instructions and under the supervision of higher controls.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0433_1 Basic techniques of spinning production, weaving and non -woven fabrics, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through of the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, clothing and skin, specifically in auxiliary textile process operations, within the professional area production of threads and fabrics, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to basic techniques of production in spinning, weaver and non -woven fabrics.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
