UF0606 course constructive solutions in metal constructions

Within the world of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the design of boiler and metal structures within the professional area of metal constructions. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the calculations of boiler and metal structures, more specifically for constructive solutions in metal constructions.

The objectives to be achieved with the realization of this course of metal constructions are the following: - Perform the calculation and development of constructive solutions of Calderería and metal structures, analyzing the necessary information contained in the technical documentation, complying with the quality and prevention standards of occupational and environmental risks. - Identify and characterize the technical specifications that the mechanisms used in metal structures and boiler must meet, and describe their behavior, in order to obtain their kinematic relationships and type applications. - Identify the data that allows us to place the shooting, mooring and flip points of the different boiler elements and metal structures based on the maneuvers that must be performed according to the technical specifications. - Calculate the dimensions of the products designed, to support efforts and work tensions, complying with quality and prevention standards of occupational and environmental risks. - Develop the constructive solutions required for the manufacture and transfer of elements of metal constructions and boiler, taking into account the requests for efforts, geometric shapes and required specifications, complying with the standards of quality and prevention of occupational and environmental risks.

After carrying out this course of metal constructions, you can develop your professional activity both in the specific area of industrial design applied to the technical development of the boiler projects and metal structures.

This formation conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0606 Construction Solutions in metal constructions. Certifying having overcome the different competition units included. And is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training. Route for which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities. As well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
