UF0690 Course Preparation of plants and irrigation and drainage installation in the plantation and implementation of ornamental palm trees and palm trees

In the agrarian field, it is necessary to know the different fields of management and maintenance of ornamental trees and palm trees, within the professional area of gardening. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the preparation of plants and irrigation and drainage installation in the planting and implementation of ornamental trees and palm trees.

- Define and apply the necessary procedures and techniques in the preparation of ornamental trees and palm trees for planting, using the necessary resources and means. - Identify and program operations for the installation of drainage and irrigation systems following the guidelines of a previous design. - Identify and program operations for the installation of drainage and irrigation systems following the guidelines of a previous design. - Perform the implantation operations of ornamental palm trees applying the necessary techniques. - Explain the replacement, transplant and other cultural work processes (branches and trunks, holding drinks, among others) of ornamental trees and palm trees and in a case and/or practical assumption organize and execute them.

It exercises its work in public and/or private companies, both on their own or as others, whose activity is related to the inventory, evaluation, plantation, maintenance, conservation and safety, emergency and prevention work related to trees and ornamental palm trees.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0690 training unit preparation of the plants and installation of irrigation and drainage in the plantation and implementation of ornamental palm trees, certifying having overcome the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding Certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the agrarian world, specifically in the management and maintenance of ornamental trees and palm trees, within the professional area of gardening, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the preparation of plants and installation of irrigation and drainage in the plantation and implementation of ornamental trees and palm trees.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
