UF1888 Maintenance and Data Consultation Course

It is important to carry out the installation, configuration and administration processes in business resources planning systems and customer relationship management (ERP-CRM systems: Enterprise Resource Planning-Customer Relationship Management), making the necessary adjustments through the programming of software components, following design specifications, in order to support the business rules of the organization, and ensuring its operation within the organization organizational parameters of the company. Therefore, this course is intended to provide knowledge in data maintenance and consultation operations.

- Identify the objects of the data dictionary and maintain them using languages and tools provided by the ERP-CRM systems, following the defined design specifications. - Create consultations, reports and forms using the languages and tools provided by the ERP-CRM system to extract and present their information, following the design specifications.

It develops its professional activity in the area of computer systems and development of companies or public or private entities, both on their own, and on behalf of any size, that have business resources planning systems and customer relation management (ERPCRM systems).

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1888 training unit data maintenance and consultation, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those professionally interested or for personal reasons in acquiring knowledge about computer science and communications, learning to carry out and maintain software components in a system for planning business resources and customer relationship management, and more specifically, interested in data maintenance and consultation operations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
