UF2071 Course: Application and adaptation of the elements of characterization and effect makeup

In the field of personal image, it is necessary to know the different fields of characters characterization, within the aesthetic professional area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to perform the characterization of characters and the special effects of makeup.

- Execute with skill and in safety and hygiene conditions the application and adaptation of prostheses for the characterization of characters, taking into account the characteristics of the design. - Execute with skill the techniques of placement and adaptation to achieve total or partial bald bald following the requirements of these processes according to the given design and in hygiene and safety conditions. - Apply techniques of placement and adaptation of wigs, false, extensions, accessories and accessories, integrating them into hairstyles or collected based on different designs and using the technical means necessary for their realization. - Perform with skill and in safety and hygiene conditions, effect makeup for characters characterization, handling the technical means based on the process requirements. - Perform with skills the touch -ups or changes to the characters, interpreting the technical documentation and solving the unforeseen events that may arise in live show work processes and audiovisual productions achieving the desired result.

He develops his professional activity as an autonomous or on behalf of others as a characterizer in public and private companies of makeup, positive workshops, prostheses workshops, film productions, television, performing arts, advertising, fashion catwalks.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2071 Application and adaptation of the elements of characterization and effect makeup, belonging to the MF1259_3 formative module characterization of characters and special effects of makeup, certifying having overcome the different units of competition in it included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training and of the non -formal training. To opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the ordering of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of personal image, specifically in character characterization, within the aesthetic professional area, and to all those interested in acquiring necessary knowledge to perform the characterization of characters and the special effects of makeup.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
