UF2513 Location, Diagnosis and Evaluation Course of Faults or Dysfunctions in Propulsion and Government Systems in Sports and Recreation Boats

In the field of transport and maintenance of vehicles, it is necessary to know the different fields of the organization and supervision of the maintenance of the systems and equipment of sports and recreation boats, within the nautical professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to organize and supervise the maintenance of propulsion and government systems, and the elements inherent in the situation of the dry vessel.

- Explain the constitution and operation of the propulsion and government vessel systems. - Apply localization and diagnostic techniques of breakdowns in the propulsion and government systems, and elements inherent to the situation of the dry boat, identifying the causes that originate them, using the established equipment and means, and relating different repair alternatives.

It develops its professional activity both on their own and on behalf of others, in small and medium -sized companies, of both public and private nature, dedicated to the construction and maintenance of sports and recreation vessels, being able to include those others of restricted length dedicated to other services or functions, as well as in companies related to the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles, depending, in their case, functional and hierarchically of a superior lower level.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2513 Location, diagnosis and evaluation of breakdowns or dysfunctions in the propulsion and government systems in sports and recreational vessels, belonging to the MF1996_3 training module Professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the ordering of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of vehicle transport and maintenance, specifically in organization and supervision of maintaining the systems and equipment of sports and recreation vessels, within the nautical professional area, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to organize and supervise the maintenance of propulsion and government systems, and of the elements inherent to the situation of the dry boat.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
