Summary
The need for innovation in the digital transformation of business environments, has caused more and more organizations, not only to be immersed in a digital transformation process, but also base a good part of their business on ICT -related projects. In these times of change, to the traditional project management methodologies, such as those of the PMI have been added more novelty such as the so -called agile methodologies, ideal for IT projects. The Master in IT project management and strategic planning of Inesem, provides the necessary knowledge to develop your professional career in the environment of ICT project management, in addition to offering you the necessary training in the techniques of strategic planning and change management necessary to achieve success in these objectives.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
