Summary

At present, in the world of computer science and communications and within the professional communications area, more specifically in the management of voice and data networks, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the implementation and configuration of catwalks and the implementation and maintenance of communications systems for multimedia services and incident management.

Goals

- Define and apply the procedures for implementing catwalks, which allow the integration of services to support functionalities according to their specifications. - Manage the incidents produced in the integration of voice and data services, to obtain continuity in their provision, according to quality specifications and critical conditions of the service. - Define and apply procedures for implantation and maintenance of communications systems for multimedia services, depending on quality specifications of the organization and multimedia service itself.

Professional opportunities

It develops its professional activity both on their own, and on account of others in public or private companies or entities of any size, that have a communications network infrastructure with integrated voice and data services, in the Department of Networks and Communications.

To prepare you

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0962_3 training module Integration of voice, data and multimedia communications services, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
