- Understand and use daily expressions of very frequent use as well as simple phrases aimed at satisfying immediate needs. - Present yourself and others, ask and give basic personal information about your home, your belongings and the people you know. - Relate elementaryly provided that your interlocutor speaks slowly and clearly and is willing to cooperate. - Obtain and interpret the main ideas of all kinds of oral information, in a foreign language, of the social field and financial services, issued in person or through any means or communication support without excessive noise or distortions. - Interpret with some autonomy, different types of information and documents in the field of financial, long and complex services, in a foreign language in its different supports, obtaining global and specific information, or summarizing the most relevant points. - Express yourself orally, in a foreign language, with clarity and detail in situations of the social field and financial services, according to adequate courtesy standards, arguing and highlighting certain information emitted and, demonstrating fluidity and spontaneity in the use of language. - Write and/or complete documents or forms, in a strange, clear and detailed language, related to activities in the field of financial services, in all types of support, using the appropriate technical language, and applying criteria for formal, lexical, spelling and syntactic correction. - Interact orally, exchanging complex information in a foreign language, with one or more interlocutors, effectively and some fluidity, advising and persuading in different types of the field of financial services and, ensuring the understanding and transmission of information.
