Summary
Every company or institution that offers a product or service has a real or potential clientele that it must manage, attract and build loyalty efficiently. The dimension of this planning and its projection may be variable but, in any case, global client management is a key factor for success in an increasingly globalized and competitive environment. At a time when the quality of products and services and their costs are not a sufficient reason for differentiation, CRM and relationship marketing become a key element, for both companies and institutions, in the development of a powerful strategy to distinguish themselves. The main objectives of a company are to obtain recognition and position itself. Whether from the public or private sector, correctly managing databases and customer purchasing experiences seem essential for those who want to grow and become solid, but also for those who, from a more solid position, seek to maintain leadership in their sector. Within this process, the digital environment currently plays a fundamental role. For this reason, the Master in Relationship Marketing and CRM focuses on building a profitable and solid relationship with its customer environment.

El presente Máster pretende dotar al alumno de la formación técnica y teórica en el ámbito de la gestión de la atención al cliente, del marketing personalizado y de la comunicación estratégica de la marca en el medio online, aportándole una base sólida sobre comercio electrónico, gestión de clientes, métrica de herramientas online y todo lo relacionado con los aspectos legales necesarios para desempeñar una actividad práctica en este sector. El alumno aprenderá a aplicar diversas técnicas que las organizaciones de hoy en día exigen para una creación y promoción de marca eficiente y una eficiente atracción y fidelización de clientes.
