Reception Chief Course: Reception Head

This course of Reception Chief offers you the necessary training to work as head of reception in all types of hotel establishments, facilitating the appropriate knowledge and skills to perform the functions of this work area and the management of human resources of the workforce.

- Master the functions of the reception department. - Provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out the activities of a Human Resources Department (HR) as reception head. - Analyze the operation of the reception department in relation to the rest of the hotel departments, especially with the accommodation area. - Acquire the basic skills to treat customers and reserves, face -to -face and telephone. - Learn the hotel billing and production process. - Manage information and offer it to customers, learning the correct and written correct communication techniques. - Know the telephone system, its components and billing forms.

The general objective of the Course of Reception of the Professional Family Tourism and Hospitality, is to satisfy, following the quality standards of the establishment, the management of the Department of Reception of a hotel, in addition to the needs of the client in terms of reservations, assistance and information, attending communications, performing administrative, billing and commercial functions.

This course of reception head is aimed at anyone, student, unemployed, or hospitality professional who wants to form or expand and improve their knowledge in this sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
